These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site is also subject to our data collection practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Educational Purpose Only
VetFIRE LLC provides educational content and tools. All calculators, projections, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be construed as:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- Recommendations to buy or sell any security
- Professional financial planning services
No Financial Advisor Relationship
Use of this Site does not create a financial advisor-client relationship. We are not registered investment advisors, financial planners, tax professionals, or attorneys. Before making any financial decisions, consult with qualified professionals who understand your specific situation.
Paid Products & Purchases
VetFIRE LLC offers certain premium calculators and tools (such as "VetFIRE™ Pro") for a one-time purchase price. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of the stated price at the time of purchase. VetFIRE LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect purchases already completed. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy
VetFIRE LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@vetfire.co within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
License Grant
Upon completing a purchase, VetFIRE LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased product for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the product or its underlying content, code, or methodology.
Device Access & Sharing
Your purchase grants access on your original device plus up to 3 additional devices or browsers via the restore-access feature (4 total). This limit exists to prevent unauthorized sharing. Sharing your purchase email or access credentials with others violates these Terms and may result in revocation of access without refund. If you legitimately need access on additional personal devices, contact support@vetfire.co and we will accommodate reasonable requests at no extra charge.
Access & Delivery
Paid products are delivered as web-based tools accessible through vetfire.co. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment. Continued access requires a working internet connection and a modern web browser.
Paid Products Are Still Educational Tools
Paid products, including VetFIRE™ Pro, are subject to all disclaimers, limitations, and terms described throughout these Terms of Service. Purchasing a product does not create a financial advisory relationship and does not convert educational tools into professional advice. All calculator projections remain estimates for educational purposes only.
Calculator Accuracy & Assumptions
Our calculators make assumptions and simplifications:
- Projections are estimates only. Actual results will vary based on market performance, tax law changes, and personal circumstances.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical market returns are used for illustration only.
- Tax calculations are simplified. Actual tax liability depends on many factors not captured in our calculators.
- VA benefits may change. Disability compensation rates and child benefits are subject to legislative changes.
- Inflation assumptions are estimates. Actual inflation may differ significantly from historical averages.
While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of calculator results.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@vetfire.co to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and VetFIRE LLC agree to resolve any claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site through binding arbitration, except as described below.
This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 2) and, to the extent applicable, the Utah Uniform Arbitration Act (Utah Code § 78B-11-107). Both provide that written arbitration agreements are valid, irrevocable, and enforceable.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Salt Lake County, Utah, or remotely via videoconference if you prefer. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this agreement, including whether a claim is subject to arbitration. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. The arbitrator may not award relief on behalf of anyone who is not a party.
Statute of Limitations: Any arbitration or court claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
Class Action Waiver
You and VetFIRE LLC agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Right to Opt-Out
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement. To opt out, you must send written notice to VetFIRE LLC, P.O. Box 2053, Salt Lake City, UT 84110, within 30 days of first using the Site. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration agreement. If you opt out, you may pursue your claim in court, but you will still be bound by all other provisions of these Terms.
Costs and Fees
Each party will be responsible for their own costs and attorney fees, unless applicable law or the arbitrator determines otherwise. VetFIRE LLC will pay your AAA filing fees for claims under $10,000.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If the arbitration agreement or class action waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute will be resolved in court as described in the Governing Law section below.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16), and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If the arbitration agreement is found unenforceable or if you have opted out of arbitration, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws, nor does it limit any mandatory legal protections available to you in your jurisdiction.
